Thank you Lin. We are grateful to be in your thoughts and to receive much needed love a day strength.

You’re right: somehow by describing what is happening and labelling the feelings and having those descriptions and labels read and received, it becomes a tiny bit more bearable.

Imogen was the one who started me writing and encouraged me to continue, towards the end of last year.

Little did I know she was giving me yet another gift: the confidence to use this tool, however blunt a device, to help me help her through what was to come.
